Exellent!

A great book, an inner understanding of fish behavior. Fish behavior that have been moderated by evolution and you can now see the direction. A serious read, not many pictures. Recommended for all hard core aquarists.
Educational AND accessible

For anyone interested in the inner workings of fish, I highly recommend this book. Technical enough to be accurate but not 110% jargon and incomprehensible without a degree in ichthyology. As a freshwater fishkeeper of over 20 years, I still learned a lot about my "wet pets" from reading this book.

Perfect for the aquarist interested in how his fish think!

Great Book.

This book is a must have for anyone who is interested in fish behaviour.
Cichlid Lore and More

Learn how fish hear, recognize each other, navigate around obstacles despite blindness, take care of their kids, and many other interesting facts. Reebs is a Biology professor but he saves the references for the back of the book.

Give this one to your friends who don't understand why you need a 300-gallon tank in the living room...
