A great personality in the tank. The flame hawkfish has a bright red solid color, this fish "jumps" from rock to rock and seems to be more alert than other fish in the aquarium. It perches itself at peeks in your aquarium and looks around. Watch this fish with shrimp, it seems to show an interest in them, and may injure if not kill shrimp. (Most shrimp are nocturnal and this isn't often a problem.)
